Farnham - three phase extension

This project is located within a village setting and required a constant dialogue with the Local Authority throughout the design stages due to local planning policies. The three phases of development were a first floor extension to an existing bungalow to provide bedroom accommodation; an extension to the rear providing dining area and family lounge (pictured) with overlooking internal balcony; a new garage with accommodation above with separate access.

The premises were occupied for the duration of the project and therefore a phased completion was necessary to suit the budgetary and time constraints imposed by the client.   Back..
